thermal image scanning
Usually the only way to know when something is wrong with one of your electrical products is when it fails, meaning the damage has already been done. Regularly scanning your equipment ensures any risks are managed and faults are prevented.
Our Thermal Imaging Gun uses the (IR) heat radiating from the wiring in electrical equipment to visualise and map the temperature changes in different components. This technology means we can use it over a variety of applications, products and industries. Showing us which systems are working or if there are any areas of concern such as; poor connections, imbalances, overloading or faulty equipment.
This is a completely non-invasive inspection tool to safely diagnose electrical faults commonly missed by traditional testing, before failure or damage, with no down-time or disruption to your operations.

Shopping Centre Carpark lighting upgrade.
The JGC team had the task of upgrading the current lighting for this commercial carpark. We removed the existing 400W metal halide fittings and replaced them with 200W LED Flood lights.
LED Flood lights have a longer life span, use halve the amount of power and omit more light!
When you need to hire a boom lift to reach these lights, it seems like a no brainer to opt for the more efficient, cheaper to run and less maintenance option.
JGC Electrical continuing our partnership Collegians Football Club
We are super excited to be continuing our support of the Collegians Football Club again in 2022 for our 4th straight year. JGC Electrical has been heavily involved in the Wesley/Collegians football club community for many years. That being in a playing role, on the committee and even heading the BBQ at all home games. The club is growing at an incredible pace with the 3 men senior teams, Under 19 men’s team and now two senior woman’s teams! It takes an incredible amount of people to run a local footy club, if you would like to get involved, contribute or just even stay up to date with the latest news, please visit the collegians website or Instagram.
